Are you going to Vancouver to live, or just to buy a car? If the latter, you might encounter some issues with importing the car to the US that you should check out before you put down any money.
I don't know if there is a Canadian edition, or equivalent, to kbb.com. Hopefully, atssystems.com or another Canadian reader can be more helpful. FWIW, the Vancouver Sun online is listing two used W211s for sale in BC so far as I can tell, both E320s, one for about $74K Cdn and the other for about $81K Cdn. Even allowing for the currency conversion, those don't sound like bargain prices.

Go to www.mercedes.ca and you will be able to search used inventory in Canada from all Merc dealers.

It is Canada. The pricing would therefore be in US Dollars.. Hehe.. Just kidding. It is Canadian dollars.
For a conversion go to www.xe.net

The average luxury vehicle is far more expensive in Canada than it is in the US, according to a rate conversion using www.xe.com . Look at the price difference between for the BMW M3, the MB E320, Lexus GS300, Audi A6, etc. I have found one vehicle per company which seems to be nearly the same... Audi A4, Mercedes C-Class, BMW 330i.

One thing to consider. Many of these cars have more features in the base model then the US version.
Also, if youare comparing USED vehicle price from a dealer and then in the US private or private companies this is different as well.

Be very careful about buying a Benz in Canada unless you are going to stay here.
The differences are not great but there are small differences and they will cost you to change them. Besides, the US prices are CHEAPER at best and equal at worst so there is no incentive to buy up here.

I know that in Canada the base E500 comes with the following that are upgrades in the States:
1) Headlamp Washing System
2) Heated Front Seats
3) Glass Sunroof
and a couple of other things I can't remember off the top of my head..
