Codes = needing a new Turbo?

Codes = needing a new Turbo?
I got these codes today from the shop. I have no idea of what these really represent. 211.022 2008 E320 BlueTec V6 Diesel
I am very handy with replacing parts and a turbo seems easy enough, but do I need the entire Turbo based on these codes? Any advice? Do I buy a new Turbo?? or is it an actuator?
0105-001 Check componant b5/1 (CHarge Pressure Sensor) Open Sensor in Wiring /Short Circuit to positive
2689-001 Check COmponant B60 (Exhaust Back PRessure Sensor). Open Circuit in wiring / Short Circuit to positive
2359-001 Check System "Charge Sensor Control"' Too low boost pressure
2359-002 Check System "Charge Sensor Control"' Charge Pressure Too High
2592-001 CHeck Componant Charge Pessure Positioner. Positioner signals fault

Almost sounds like a wiring issue based on the first two codes, you've got an open circuit for both the boost and back pressure sensor. The other three codes are most likely caused by the computer not seeing actual readings from the sensors. Since these sensors are in a hot environment the first thing to check would be the harness to ensure that it isn't burned anywhere. Also check all of the connectors and make sure they're free of corrosion and seated properly.

You should be able to watch the wastegate actuation vs boost levels and see if it's consistent. If you are getting weird lead/follow surges, it could be the controller for the wastegate failing, or a mechanical fault in the turbo wastegate itself..
But I agree with Andre, start with the basics and make sure something hasn't happened to the wiring causing pressure sensor faults, which will screw up everything.

Could it be a swirl flap motor? my mpg is down to 32 the car is slower and has gon into limp mode and after restart it was ok... it is making a funnt noise.....almost a higher pitched throaty noise...
