Sun visor lube
Hi, the sun visor is very stiff to extend and want to put some kind of lubricant on the chrome bar that it slides along on. I have some WD40 and white lithium grease on hand but not sure what would be the safest thing to use.

The lithium grease should work.

Curious that this is a problem, but it is. I used white lithium grease and it fixed it (at least for the last few years).

I used WD40 with the straw inside the hole for the steel bar. It frees up the sun visor.

My sun visor is light tan. I was afraid WD-40 might stain it. I guess everything has its pros and cons.
