SRS light Error how to remove?
Hi.. I got the srs light in my dash ,i got it after the first real winter night, but i have checked the connection under the passenger seat but its looks all okey and connected, i have try to delete the error with the Icarsoft scanner, but the error pops up agian. i got error 9382 "n2/7 ( restrain system control module) : Coding is faulty" Do any know what i need to check or replace?

you cant just "delete" an error, you have to fix the problem, wether it be make the system believe it is fixed or to actually fix it is the other question...
if you have not recently replaced the n2/7 i would suggest that you remove both batteries (if its SBC) and do a system reset as a faulty coding doesnt tend to stay unless the control module has had an issue...
star could of re-written the coding if necessary, but i would try the easier options first thats for sure!!!!

My SRS light came on after replacing my front seat compartment door. My iCarsoft MBII will only read the code but won't erase it. So I took it to a local repair shop that used an SRS Scanner Tool to clear the code. Charged me $75 though.
