2003 E320 Engine knocking

2003 E320 Engine knocking
My 2003 E320 Mercedes has been making a knocking sound at idle. I was at a drive-thru and it was easy to hear it because of the sound bouncing on the wall so I took a video to post on youtube and here it is.
Can you take your best guess at what the problem is?
-car accelerates fast and smooth
-recent oil change
-timing chain tensioner replaced recently
-tried Rislone, Marvel Mystery Oil, LiquiMoly MOS2
The car is in excellent condition in and out and I love driving it but the noise is driving me crazy.

I have this too apart from mine is on very gentle acceleration. hard acceleration or idol it goes away..
ive been told that this is a common issue and it is Pre Det on cyl 1. but not so much that it causes a mechanical issue just a noise. they said its nothing to worry about.
mercedes would replace the engine if the customer complained back in 2003 to a modified one which didnt make the noise. but no mechanical issues have been reported because of it.
ive gone " ear blind" after getting used to it!!!
