Exclamation Are 07-09 Mercedes E350 sport vs non-sport front bumper covers interchangeable?

Are 07-09 Mercedes E350 sport vs non-sport front bumper covers interchangeable without needing to modify anything to install? Will all the bold holes match up when installing a 2007 E350 4Matic Sedan non-sport front bumper cover to a 2007 Mercedes E350 4Matic Sedan with the Sport Package? I am aware the style of the bumpers are different, as well as the grill, fog lights, and so on. I am more worried about installing it, and the components behind the bumper, and if I will need to buy any additional parts to connect the bummer to the car? Or make any modifications to the bumper at all?

Any input would be much appreciated.

The bumper covers interchange between all W211 models, bolt holes are all the same and the fitment with the grille and headlights is the same as long as you're swapping a facelift bumper with another facelift bumper. The metal crash bar behind the bumper is the same for all models as well, and the foam reinforcement should be the same for all non-AMG bumpers. The E63 bumper I'm pretty sure has different foam.

The fog lights are different, but the connectors should be the same.

There are three versions of each bumper cover; without parktronic or headlight washers, with parktronic/without washers, with parktronic and washers. You can always fill the holes if you find a bumper from a car with options yours isn't equipped with.

Hello Andre, thanks for responding. So, just so I am clear, as long as the other parts surrounding the front bumper cover haven't been modified, which include the main headlights, main grill, and the other parts behind the front bumper cover, you can interchange all W211 front bumper cover models. Whether is it converting the Sport package bumper cover, to the non-Sport package bumper cover, or vice-versa?

There are different part numbers listed for sport/non sport energy absorbing foam, but I'm not sure if they mean AMG sport, or the regular sport package. The base and regular sport package bumpers look the same, but the AMG sport bumper is slightly different. Maybe someone better with part numbers can confirm?
