Light weight, I suppose. I was trying to make a funny; I didn't know that people actually made trunk safes for cars. Must do great things for the weight distribution of the car if they are made of steel.

Oh ok, I work in the Private Security field so I thought you might of heard of a product I hadn't.

But, yeah they do make safes for cars, not heavy home/office use types, but they do have a number of different ones.

Some after market shops have been known to do custom hidden safes in cars. There's alot of unused space in the interior of an average car.
