Navigation voice - low volume

Navigation voice - low volume
I was using the navigation system simulataneously with the radio. Normally, the Navi lowers the radio volume and speaks its instruction. However, on this occasion, although the radio volume lessened, the navi voice volume was very low, almost inaudible. I turned the power button to OFF and turned it ON again and same thing.
Anyone else ever experience this?

you might of turned down the NAV before with the knob while the lady was talking. do you know if your nav volume is high? you can turn it up by going to nav, and press rpt, and while she says its not active, manually turn up the volume with the knob. GL..you can turn it up anytime shes saying anything.

Thanks. I realize there's a page regarding Navi volume in the owner's manual however my wife took the car out to go shopping w/ my $$$ so I couldn't try that. Also, I didn't do anything the w/ the Navi setup menus so I didn't think the solution was there.
