Does anyone know how to reset Head unit to factory defaults.

 

Press the "serv" button and the system menu appears...Press the "reset" softkey....A prompt on the screen appears asking if resetting the system and deleting the data is really intended. Use the < > arrow keys to select menu item "yes"..... Press O.K.... You will be prompted again to confirm if you really want to reset the system and delete the data...

***Resetting will return the system to all factory settings in addition too deleting all SMS messages, delete all stored memory in the nav system ie, last destinations, etc****
