My 2006 e350 155k miles, it was giving me error message reduced stopping power while driving on the road. When I cut off the car and cut back on the brakes came on. I replaced brakes, rotors and stop light switch then two weeks later the car started having this problem again.

I don't believe you're having a mechanical problem with the pads or rotors. That warning is because of the SBC system - which is under an updated / extended warranty. Should be covered via dealer repair. Search this forum for details.
There's a couple extend warranties out there on the W211. The SBC brakes are covered by the dealer for 25 years, unlimited miles. Just take it to the dealer and they will fix the brakes for you for free, probably replace the pump. There's also a 15 year extended warranty on the fuel tank, unlimited miles. If you fill it up and smell gas in the cabin, the fuel tank is probably leaking. They normally remove the back seat and will see fuel pudding on top of the gas tank where the fuel pump is. The fix it by replacing the entire fuel tank and pump. You're probably up to the 15 year mark or past it. It's based on when the car was first registered. Fuel tank warranty doesn't apply to pzev though, that had its own 15/150k warranty.
