The 2006 model had the bad balance shaft. You didn't get outside of the range until the 2007 model year.

Also had SBC brakes but that has an extended 25 year warranty from MB. You may also smell gas in the rear passenger cabin when filling up, MB replaces the gas tank if you smell gas. But that was only a 15 year extended warranty. That would have expired last year on you unless the in service date was after June 2006.

Intake manifold might also go, get a scanner than can do MB specific codes and see if there are any pending intake manifold codes.
