It’s not available separately. Best you can do is find a smashed headlight in a wrecking yard/eBay etc.
just noting if those lens’ are the Chinese special on eBay. Go buy lens film from lamin-x or so because they turn yellow and suffer microfractures at an alarming pace. I just replaced mine after 3-years. They were both yellow and cracking already. I didn’t expect them to last a decade like OE but 2 years in they were showing signs and 3 years they were unacceptable
