Your 03 e500 should have 213 speed-sensitive power steering, 950 & 952 = sports package need to pull data card. 2114603200 should be correct 21146020080 simply means re-manufactured. BTW you also have the option to shop used including previous part # 2114602000. Provide VIN I’ll confirm codes & correct part #.

You can pick up a knock off copy of the WIS on eBay for around $10. They went to a newer format which is the ISPUSA. I think before you used to be able to subscribe to that but was something like $60 for a day, but now I think it's $63 for one day access to Star Tekinfo. Their parts catalog used to be EPC but now I think it's ISPPI and still $75 a year. The knock off copy has the older EPC/WIS.
