Vacuum line from rear of intake manifold

While replacing my intake manifold I noticed that the large vacuum line running from the port on the rear of the manifold near the throttle body up to the firewall on the passenger side was cracked. I made a temporary repair, but I'll have to replace this hose to avoid a vacuum leak. Does anyone have a part number for this hose, I can't seem to find anything online? I believe it's for the brake booster?

Intake Manifold Valve

Hello!
Did you find out what the intake manifold valve / connector that connects to the hose in question do? Please see pictures below. Need to know it as I plan to test it, but not sure how. Thanks!
