anyone rebuilt the interior of a E-Class ?

Question anyone rebuilt the interior of a E-Class ?
Hi. New member here. I have a 2006 E-Class Diesel that will likely live another 10 years. Runs like it is new. Has anyone ever upgraded the front panel to have a new Apple instrument center, like connecting iPhone for WAZE navigation, or otherwise rebuilt the interior? Am I asking too much? I just love the exterior, and have the dated DVD based navigation system

What components of the interior upholstery are you looking at upgrading? And by upgrading do you mean OEM/factory parts/colours or a full upgrade in style as well?
