2007 E350 Battery control module? Second battery?

My 2007 regular E350 (not 4matic) has been having battery drain issues (dead by the end of the week). I have pulled all the fuses for seat controllers, audio, etc. but still drains. I tried to locate the battery control module but everything I google shows it by the battery in the trunk. Not there on mine. Can someone point to where it is on the later W211's? And mine does not have the aux battery which I assume is also a model year change. Thanks in advance

VIN WDBUF56X87B

Best if you have someone with Xentry (MB diagnostics) track rest current, see attachments.

So no aux battery and no Battery Control Module, just the battery sensor?

Yes, aux battery, BCM, and aux battery relay gone as of 2007.

After about 10 minutes rest current should fall < 60 mA if > 60 mA and < 1.2A via front pre-fuse box (F32) and rear (F33) narrow down the rest current path to localize the culprit, final rest current should must be < 60 mA.

Thank you konigstiger. As always you are a wealth of knowledge. An earlier current draw test was at 71 mA when in sleep mode. You have given me a path to follow.

Do you happen to have dimensions of the battery in trunk, which one of the following would be a good fit ?

Well in the US, the battery in the trunk is an H8 and if you look at the dimensions for the H8, it says it's 354mm in length so I'd go with the first one. I guess the second is probably the equivalent of an H6 which is smaller.
