cup holder in right hand drive car

Has anyone purchased the cup holder and used it in a right hand drive car. The illustations in the manual suggest that it may not work well, with the pop up part sitting over towards the driver, and maybe impeding his freedom of movement?

Yes, we have purchased this option. I do not believe there is any impediment. Unfortunately we only use it when stationary, so cannot be 100% accurate.

It had to be explained to me that it actually holds two cups, one in the holder and the other in the vacated space.

It is a very esay item to install but no doubt your dealer would do it if requested.

Good luck,
John

When the car is stationary...thats about the only time I'd trust it to "hold" a cup!
