Fuel filter?
Hi.
Do the petrol models of a 2007 W211 E280 have a fuel filter? Or is it only the diesel models?

The fuel filter is housed in the driver side sending unit inside the fuel tank.

Thanks. Can it be replaced? Does it need to be replaced? I've seen some third-party filter sites state "Lifetime filter"

MB requires fuel filter replacement @ 150,000/15 years whichever comes first.

My 2007 E280 has done just over 84000km, and will be 15yo in May this year. So I will get it done soon.

First time I heard about BAPMIC. Did a little bit of googling, and it seems to be some Chinese manufacturer.
