Headrest clips broken

Hi , I have w211 2005 e 320.
I was trying to remove the rear sunshade , I tried removing the rear headrests and found theat the black clips are broken(the ones responsible for releasing them).
Is there other way to remove them please?
Thanks , I attached a photo .

Thanks , the problem that I can't remove the mechanism because I can't remove the head rest itself (couldn't release it , because of the broken parts ) .
Is there any specific part in the mechanism that I press so I can relase the headrests?
