Rack and Pinion replacement

I have a 2006 Model Year E350 Base RWD built 4-2005. It has option 213 (Speed sensitive steering.) I'm trying to find the correct Rack and I'm seeing many variables. My vin starts with A7xxxxxx and I only see options for A8xxxxxx and up. Can someone help guide me? I don't want to order the wrong one.

TIA

You don't need to replace the entire steering rack. You can just replace PWM solenoid that controls the variable assist.

Rack and Pinion

Hi, There, I'm new here. I have a couple of car issues that are driving me crazy. I have a 2006 E 350. I never knew anything about engines and had zero mechanical skills. After my engine began to run very rough, I took my car to a dealership for a check-up. I was told that I need to replace my balance shaft and it was going to cost me over $6000 to fix it. I didn't know what Balance Shafts were but I knew that I had no more room for an additional $7,000 debt. Some of you might know what's that like. Anyways, I bought some tools and began to work on my car. Thanks to YouTube and the internet I was able to replace the balance shaft, time the engine, and put it back in. But, then I noticed this loose wire coming out of my rack and pinion solenoid valve (speed sensor, I think). I have been pounding my head to find out where the loose end of this harness connects to. Is there someone here who might know where the other end of the engine wiring harness connector to Selonoid goes? I very much like to finish this car and start driving it again. The harness is numbered 300 in the figure below.

I haven't driven my car yet but it starts right up and consistently idles at about 7000. The Check Engine Light is off, but when I connect the scanner I get three codes. I don't know how to interpret that. How can I have No check engine light but three codes??!! The codes are P2015 which is "Intake manifold runner position sensor/Switch circuit range/performance Bank 1". The other two codes are the exact copies of the same P0019 code, which is "Crank Shaft Position-Cam shaft position Correlation, Bank 2 Sensor B." Again the Check Engine Light is off and the engine seems to run well. The intake manifold had a broken runner which I replaced back when I took the engine out and replaced sensors with four new ones. I clear the codes but it shows up after a few days, again. I cannot wait to fix these issues and have a car again.

I am at my wit's end with the Harness and code issues. I hope there is somebody out there who knows what's going on and is willing to share his knowledge. Thank you, everybody. You have created one heck of a community here.
