2005 E320 Weird Sound

Hello everyone,

I have a 2005 Mercedes Benz E320 4Matic model. Three weeks ago, I changed the rotors and brake pads at a mechanic shop, and my problems started. I have two issues.
1) Since the brake service was done, my braking feels terrible. I usually braked a little, and the car stopped, but now I need to push the pedal more from time to time it feels like it has too much tension.
2) When I went over the bumps, I started to hear metal-to-metal sounds. Since yesterday, I have had a new weird sound. I asked Firestone, etc., and all said it could be the engine, but I am not sure since there is a metal-to-metal sound too. If any of you have heard that noise or have any idea, it will be more than welcome. The noise is clear in the
.

Thank you very one!

The sound in the video clip sounds like the backing plates are rubbing on the rotors, do you have a floor jack? I am suspicious of this mechanic that he could not hear this sound before they released the car to you.
Maybe the Sound was there right after the brake job but you couldn’t hear it because the radio was playing and the windows were up

if you can can lift the car from the center jacking point and with the car in neutral you should be able to spin the wheels individually, manually spin the wheels and listen for the sound. You will need to block the wheel to keep the car from rolling too.
