Cd changer secret compartment
I have a 2009 e350. I know that the w211's have different kinds with or without CD changer that pop out. I had a w211 with a cd changer and now have a 2009 w211 that didn't have a CD chanfer built in. My question is can I change parts around between both CD changers that I could still have my secret compartment in my new w211?
I understand that you have to close the fiber optic loop but if there isnt one built in for a cd changer already that shouldn't matter because the fiber optic loop would still technically be closed.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram to the cd thanger pop up door? Theoretically if I just supply the cd changer with power and somehow still trick it that it's still connected to a closed fiber optic loop while still being able to maintain all of the convenient functions properly.
