Exclamation W211.054 "Oil sensor faulty! Visit Workshop!"

Regards,

I have a w211 car with the M272 engine in the instrument cluster the message "Oil sensor faulty! Visit Workshop!" , I have checked the volume of the oil, the engine oil has no problem with the volume, neither too little nor too much.
I have also checked the cable path from the engine CU to the oil level sensor 0.2ohm

(good).
finally I replaced the oil level sensor with a new one (after market). but the problem doesn't go away, the indicator still appears on my cluster instrument.
please help, thank you.
regards

I hope you are aware - swapping out a faulty part still requires clearing a code. If you don’t have a Scwaben tool for this car and you like fixing it yourself you’ll need one!
