Wagon Rear Shock Replacement Upper Bushings

Just realized these super expensive rear shocks don't come with new upper bushings. Are you guys reusing the old ones or replacing with new? Got a part number?

For the record, could folks identify the brand and model of shock that they're speaking about: I'd hope that manufacturers would be consistent in providing or not providing bushings.
