2008 E350 brakes issues

Hi everyone, I have a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 I had a brake line that was leaking and I fixed the brake line and I still have no pressure on the brake pedal. I’m thinking the power brake booster is busted can anyone help with a diagnose it would be highly appreciate it.

Welcome you probably have air in the line because of the repair. Try bleeding the line for a few minutes and see if reserve tank lowers. If so keep bleeeding until until tank lowerws every time you bleed. then stop and fill tank you should be good then

Already mentioned, time to bleed. this is good to do also, since new brake fluid is like fresh air for the whole brake system. think less corroded brakes line and less corroded brake pistons.

there is a sequence to bleed each caliper ........... if you have never bled brakes just let the Merlin or equivalent do it for 100 bucks. I dont like bleeding my own brakes, could never get them firm (never used a mitivac like shop does though)

Which line was leaking and fixed? I assume rear line... I replaced both rear lines after RH line blew up when I was bleeding them after ABS pump replacement, found that also LH line was about to go so it was no brainer what to do. I used 2 litres of fluid, with pressure bleeder, took my time but there is still a smidge of air in the lines. Pedal feel is 9 out of 10. I'm going to bleed them more after I have my car in such condition that I can get it inspected and approved for road use.
