May I ask where the idea of a bad head gasket is coming from? Is the engine overheating? is there oil mixed with coolant on either reservoir? Are you adding missing coolant w/o any sign of leakage anywhere (burning coolant)?
Perhaps you are referring to an intake gasket between the intake manifold and the engine block. They are very different issues and very different prices when repairing.

Misfire can be caused by many things since it means the combustion is not proceeding as expected, so it can include:
1 - Bad spark plugs (worn/broken)
2 - Bad ignition coil packs (worn/shorted/cracked)
3 - Bad wiring from ECU->Ignition coil packs (damage wiring, oil in the harness)
4 - Bad injectors (worn, dirty, clogged)
5 - Bad wiring from ECU->Injectors
6 - Air leak in the intake (intake gasket)
7 - Bad fuel pressure (fuel pump damaged, clogged, etc)
8 - Bad valves (burned, carbon build up, etc) --> Lack of compression
9 - Oil in the combustion (worn engine) --> Lack of compression
10 - Coolant in the combustion (head gasket)
There is plenty of issues before getting to the worst ones at the bottom. There are steps to isolate each of them before changing parts. But a blown head gasket will have more than just a misfire.

P0300 is a generic misfire code. P030x where x is the cylinder number is the specific cylinder misfire code.

ok I came from the shop and he checked my spark plugs they are black he says my passenger side is getting to much gas on that side I’m thinking my piston are going as or the walls or it might had jumped time

The keyword with these engines is diagnostic, diagnostics, and one more time diagnostic. If you have the money to throw parts at it w/o a diagnostic, I have a bridge for sale .
The MB diagnostic tool can even measure the stretch of the timing chain, and tell you if you are off-timing w/o removing a single bolt.

Of course codes but think of what simple smoke test might quickly reveal.

A lot cheaper than taking the head apart, or looking at pistons (even with a boroscope). Live data as Dan did, leads to the next step in the solution approach. The static codes cannot tell us more.
Thank you for posting Dan's video. I had forgotten about it.
