07 E320 Battery
I have done some research. All I get is more confused. I have an 07 E320. I want to change out the battery. First question. Is there one battery or two? Next when and if I remove the battery in the trunk. Is there anything I have to do after I put the new battery in?

There is only one battery. Earlier models from 2003-2006 had SBC brakes which had two batteries. Once they got rid of SBC brakes in 2007-2009, no more 2nd battery. To resync after replacing the battery, open and close all the windows and hold the open/close button down for an extra 5 seconds or so after it's fully open/closed. Do the same to the sunroof. That's it. You can skip it but some thing might be a little weird til you do all that.
