Batt dying/ Elec system help needed
i have a 2006 E350, so i need to change my upper pully and likely tensioner but i think this is unrelated. I started to get the conveince features disable right after starting for first time that would go away after a few mins, then we had a storm and the next moring my car was completly dead, a red light saying break and something about starting engine would come up. i eventually got it started and it was fine for 2 weeks until we had a rain again, this time the battery didnt die all the way only down to 9 volts, but i noticed it was wet in the trunk and on top of the batt so i know water is getting in there somehow, could this cause what im dealing with?

Definitely water related. Pull the cover from the front SAM and see if there's any water. Not sure if there is drain hole, but if the cover isn't sealed properly, water might get to there and cause all sorts of issues.

so what do you think my options are to fix this because both of the pics you guys posted are exactly where the waters at, and i only have the issue when its rained quite a bit. aLso my batt terminals look kinda of bad like almost all white from whatever crud got on them so im thinking maybe i should try changing those out too?

There's a few older threads where people jump into the trunk and spray a hose on the trunk looking for the leak. You could probably start by checking the rubber gasket around the trunk or seeing if water might be coming in from the tail lights.
