Unfortunately it seems like your transfer case is diligently working on a surprise.
I suggest you check its fluid level. They have extremely little oil, about 1Quart.
Roller bearings often suffer not having any basic magnetic plugs.
That may be possible however none of the faults you display are listed for your CDI VIN---suggest you go back to diagnostic maker and ask for assistance
