W211 vibration problem
Hello! I have a W211, 2008, 220 CDI, 170 hp, sedan, manual transmission.
My problem with it for a couple of months is that when it's cold, if I try to start with just the clutch, the whole car shakes, and it seems like you can hear something rattling from behind.
I release the clutch gradually in 1st gear and the car starts shaking really really hard after it starts going. If I give it a little gas and start at 1200-1300 rpm, then nothing is noticeable, and when it's warm, it's completely flawless and I can start even without gas, completely smooth.

shakes cold but perfect when warmed up...
Could it be bad GLOW PLUGS need attention?
Have a shop specialist connect a good OBDII scanner to get quick answers.
The hot and cold condition suggest this has to do with your 170Hp power plant.
