Advice sought:- (M16/6 throttle valve actuator) actual valve potentiometer (P2135)
I am receiving a check engine light, occasional limp mode. Please see attached file. I have replaced the throttle body, inspected the wiring, yet the problem keeps re occurring. I am debating whether to replace throttle body wire from connector back 12 inches (that's as far as I can trace it back.
I am hoping there is a great mind here that can give me some direction.
Thank you in advance!!!
0160 (M16/6 throttle valve actuator) actual valve potentiometer 1 or 2 has failed (P2135)
0164 (M16/6 throttle valve actuator) There is a comparison error between actual valve potentiometers 1 and 2 (P2135)

Progress is going to require the wiring diagram for your VIN. You can buy it cheap under 5mn from alldatadiy or competitors...
With that in hand you'll measure the TB directly at the computer connector with a basic DVM
This will test that rodents did not chew on any of your harness.
> Do''s & don't to Save time & money:
- Stop replacing good/untested parts,
- Don't cutoff good/untested harness,
- Dont replace ECU either unless tested bad
- Do clean POOR GND connections for free
