Nice Catalogue FILLED w/ Accessories
performanceproducts.com has a glossy, full color catalogue devoted to Mercedes cars & trucks loaded w/ body parts grilles, trim, accessories, mats, dealer installed wood kits, etc, including a never before seen (for me) spoiler for the trunk which arcs slightly over the trunk lid & touches the lid only on the ends.
The website displays virtually nothing thats in the catalog... Thought I would let everyone know. Catalogue is free. i asked for my catalogue several weeks ago & got it yesterday.

They sent me one a year ago that was dated Spring/03. I called and asked for another and never rec'd it. When I called they knew my address without telling them, so it was on file.. Kinda dissapointing.

Just so you know.. None of those parts for the W211 (at least the catlogue) that I have are Merc parts. They are knockoffs. I was going to get the wheel there and then I called them and they mentioned it is made by some other company.. Just a FYI.

Most "styling & accessories" stuff used thruought the automotive industry is NOT OEM product. It is called "automotive aftermarket" stuff.Those items in the catalogue that are genuine MB are clearly labeled. Most of the stuff installed by car dealers as "styling items" are NOT "genuine OEM" parts, such as wood kits, spoilers, aero kits, headlight trim rings, running boards, (unless they are "factory/dealer installed items) etc. The automotive aftermarket industry is a multi million dollar industry... so you needn't be afraid of aftermarket items. Most, if not all wheels people put on their cars are not OEM, but aftermarket. Often it is the only way to get the look you want.
