There's basically those android units you can buy on aliexpress. But there's so many of them and the quality is so variable it's hard to say what works and what doesn't. I suppose you could just grab one from Crutchfield, but it won't be cheap. I just use a mount for my phone and call it a day. I have a bluetooth receiver for the ipod cable and just use the audio system for that. And Comand means something in MB parlance so it's just one M, not two.
