MB Service Advisors

Over the years I've always had a mediocre to bad experience to service advisors. I recently had a great experience and I wanted to give the guy some credit where credit is due (since most of us only post about service advisors when we are mad... .

I recently had a great experience with a guy named Ken Lampton at Beshoff Motor Cars in San Jose, CA. He really took care of me on a number of issues even helping me to fix a mod I had done on my car (dual exhaust tips). He ensured it was done right as if it was his own car. I was quite impressed.

Anyone else have a service advisor that deserves some praise?

I have to give props to my boy at Mercedes of Sugarland, Patrick Knight. He is the MAN... has always taken care of me. He's a family man... loves his wife and kids... and treats me (and other customers too).. like WE are his family too.

I've had excellent service from Greg Repko at MB of Laguna Niguel. He gave me such good service on a '97 E-320 that I got my next 2003 E-500 from them. He always ensures that appropriate TSB's are completed and is good about keeping me informed on the status of all repairs. He is far better than Service Advisors I've had in Ford, Lincoln and GM dealers over the years.

Ray D'Avino at Mercedes of Southampton (Southampton, NY). Has rare qualities in a service advisror -- common sense, plus a willingness to listen to a semi-knowledgeable customer.

The best service advisors i have had are Rich Crifasi and John King at Mercedes Benz Manhattan. They have gone above and beyond for me over and over again, im on my second benz now and they are the best.

The entire service team at New Country Motorcars in Hartford CT are excellent. Dana Thomas (Service Mgr.) has built a great team.
