Xtron aftermarket stereo for w211
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help, I’ve been trying to install an aftermarket stereo as my original stereo stopped working.
I’m on my 3rd aftermarket stereo as the first two had issues connecting to CarPlay via Bluetooth,
I’ve decided to try an Xtrons stereo as I heard good things but I can get it to turn on, I bought an extra harness from Xtrons to enable me to connect it to the fiber optics but that hasn’t worked, there’s a small connector coming from the harness but I can see where it’s suppose to plug in so I’m wondering if anyone on here has any idea?
I’m hoping that will help it power on?

Check this thread. Once power is connected, the turn on signal comes from the canbus.... so make sure you're connected to it.
