I just picked up an 05 E320, Appearance package, Keylessgo, pano,autotrunk, and entertainment. My car has the new still console, the roller door... Does anyone with this still console have the phone option? Id like to add it in the future but I cant see how it would fit.

 

You CAN install it, but there is currently no way to mount the cradle. I installed one for a customer who absolutely demanded the phone, but its just kinda dangling by the wires.......

 

I have a 2005 e320 4matic appearance package, premium pkg, keyless go, ventilated seats, hands free. I also have the new console, I would like to put the old butterflly console in. Where can I get the parts list for the old and the new consoles, because the housing, a/c and ash tray looks the same. Just the insides of the consoles looks like it has to be changed. I hear ya studly.... That new console blows. Should just have to buy a console assembly and swap a few minor things over. I remember getting a whole console once, so it should be available without too many problems. Since '05 models come with both consoles, it should be a direct swap.
