Low RPM

Hi, I drive w211 e320 (petrol), when I push brakes and its in gear car is jerking and RPM is under 600 for a second. On cold start it seems perfect but after warming up that is happaning always. Before changing Battery when electric consumption light was coming everything was perfect like RPM, car acceleration until 3500 RPM(Car wont go up to 3500-4000 RPM), no car jerking, stopped car not seems stall and other. Please if anyone had problem like that give me advise what should solve the problem?
Changed Battary both are perfect
Spark Plugs
and other parts to electric side of engine
Checked Passenger Side blocks no corrosion (Its like new)
Checked blocks near Main Battery no corrosion
Battery does not drains
Changed FuelPump
Fuel preasure is 3.5 when engine runs (Fuel Pump is working on high, but after FuelFilter side its only 3.5)
MAF is working actually but has high intake than it should be (Cleaned)
In last 2 weeks I noticed and 15AMP fuse in front fusebox is like burned inside (Changed and think it keeps doing same thing again)

Engine is acting up after service.

You need to scan your vehicle to retrieve active fault codes. (Use a good scanner or "LAUNCH C-Reader Elite").

You may have a fuel delivery issue or whatever your computers have to say...
