W211 wheel setup

Hello fellas and felletes,
I have a 2007 W211 E320 diesel. I got a set of WALD wheels
18x8 et 35 front
18x9 et 35 rear
The factory setup is 16x8 et 36 all around.
I was wondering what do I need to make this work? I don’t have tires yet. I have to get different bolts because the factory wheels are ball seated, the aftermarket ones are conical.
I don’t plan on lowering the car or anything like that. I like the design of the wheels, nothing fancy, just simple, nice look and good quality( made in Japan).
Thank you in advance.

there is a wheel and tire thread in this section. id search there, but in reality, you should be able to bolt those wheels on your car without any issues and be on your way

thank you. I’ll check the “Wheel and tire thread”, I didn’t know there is one. Thank you again for your quick response
