I'm not aware of W211/S211 E-Class headlight lens replacements made out of "glass"... The fog light lenses are glass, and replacements for those are available from dealerships. As for the headlights, replacement lenses aren't available from Mercedes-Benz or Hella (the OEM) anymore, so I would look at what a reputable aftermarket European automotive lighting and customization specialist like Bavgrüppe Designs has to offer for high-quality polycarbonate lenses. I am actually considering ordering a set of lenses for my '04 E 500 from them, but the lenses they have listed are indicated for model years 2007 & 2008 only... Does anyone have any idea why that might be?

One note on this project: You should bear in mind that you might find that the condition of the wiring inside of your headlights has already degraded, complicating your headlight project. The insulation usually disintegrates over time. Some people don't have the additional time to deal with that complication and just buy an entire new set of headlights when they encounter this. Just a heads-up...
