Where can I get a good price on an E320
I would like to buy a 2005 E320 4matic. The best price offered by my local dealer isn't very good, IMO. They want full list price for the car, and are offering me about $1,500 below wholesale for my trade (trade in value determined my Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds and several other sources). This dealer also only wants to sell me what is on their lot, or what is on the way from the port.
I have read about people getting 5-7% off sticker on their E320s, but haven't been able to locate anyone who is willing to offer any kind of deal on the car.
I live in New England. Any suggestions on dealers that might be willing to work with me?
TIA

I bought an 05 E320 (Tampa,Fl)with Appearance package, Pano, Keylessgo, auto trunk, Navi, and Entertainment package for $700 UNDER INVOICE.
I negotiated to $200 over and then ended up $700 under after ****ering over interest rates. I got $28000 for my trade, an 04 G35 coupe which seemed fair. My car didnt have Nav or the premium wheels which would have gotten me closer to the black book trade of $29500.

If possible, try to find out when their end-of-sales period is. It is usually a monthly period, but not always at the end of the month. Salesmen will do anything to get another sale that day, just to increase their sales numbers.

Get an Internet deal from R and S Imports Ft Washington PA. They had a fire & lost their sales & service buildings, so I'm sure they would like a quick out of state deal with no headaches to make some money. They own 5 dealerships so they should have cars available to them. I live on Long Island & it was worth my drive to trade in my '02 Caddy & order a car. My salesman isnt there anymore, but access them thru their web site R & S Imports MB & press them. (They were the nicest car buying experience I EVER had! The deal was done over the internet & on the phone. I saved $ 3500.00 over my best deal anywhere the 1st week pricing was announced on the '04s last year, when everyone was trying to grab the bucks! -Barry

I got mine from South Bay MB in Torrance, CA. Waaaayyyyy below invoice on an '05. I promised them I wouldn't go telling everyone what kind of deal I got so they wouldn't have 50 guys demanding the same price. It's so nice to be in So Cal and have a dozen MB dealers within a 25 mile radius waging price wars against eachother.

I would second R&S Imports. I was very happy with the deal I got there as compared to 3 other dealerships in Phila I shopped between the new car price and the trade was treated very professionally throughout.
