Issue With Headlights
Hi all-- recently Murphy's law has struck my E550 and I just wanted to get some input:
Besides having two cracked rims and my car being effectively on the ground from an airmatic failure, I've noticed my passenger side headlight has dimmed to a purplish color as opposed to being the normal xenon hue when fully warmed up. Had anybody had any experience with this before? Could it be possible something has been knocked loose from the car being so low to the ground? Thanks!

looong over due
while you are busy cataloging your list of issues, it's getting overwhelmingly longer.
> HID's like COP's
-- When you don't replace your old dim HID bulbs, it cooks the high-voltage ballast igniter.
-- Then you are guaranteed to need HID bulbs + Ballasts that could have lasted 250kMi.
Same things true too with sparkplugs!
-- When you drive 110kMi on original plugs, the gaps are so wide the higher voltage sparks internally through the coil windings insulation.
-- Then you are guaranteed to need Plugs + Coils that could have lasted 250kMi.
The maintenance parts are best replaced on schedule. You know air filter, oil, brake pads, belt...
