When car warm, won’t start. Video enclosed please help

I have a 2008 e320 bluetec
i have been having issues with the car not wanting to start again after driving it. It always needs to sit another 20 mins before it will start. No codes. However on diagnostics it show when the car is warm the fuel rail is having issues building pressure.

is it possibly bad injectors ?

please watch video for values

what is cps?
I was told by both mechanics that looked at the car that they would from their experience believe that it’s injectors.

Can the CPS affect the fuel rail pressure ?
if I unplug the fuel pressure sensor then the car start when hot. Can the CPS create issues like that? Or would it just not start

I dont think the CPS has effect on that. If the cps has issues, it will stall randomly and not being able to start
