2005 e320 CDI
2005 e320 hood latch
I have a 2005 e320 CDI and every time I start moving the hood light illuminates red on my dash. I bought a new sensor and replaced it under the passenger side latch and it is still coming on. Any ideas? Driving me crazy

Something is out of acceptable parameters. Bent, dented, something. Paper, tape, cardboard, try anything to find the gap, then repair properly.
