S211 Loss of power

Hello, I've ran into a problem with my S211 Om642 (V6 3l diesel engine) I'm having a loss of power car gets jerky sometimes. I have brand new turbo with actuator installed no leaks in intercooler hoses or intercooler itself, but today I have found something interesting. Diagnostic tool says that the turbo is in under boost condition, but when i dug a little deeper I've noticed something strange, that exhaust back pressure sensor says that the the pressure is 3300hPa which while idling which to me looks that its way too high. When accelersting it goes up to 4200hpa. Also I've noticed that the catalytic converter tempersture and air termperature before DPF is around 500 while driving but Catalytic converter temperature goes up to 600-700 celcius which i think is a little too high? I'm considering that either Catalytic converter could be clogged or DPF, but is there a way to check which one of them is clogged and is there a way to clean them up? Or the exhaust back pressure sensor might be faulty? Or the problem might be somewhere else

3300 hpa sounds really high on idle. Remove the B60 sensor and see what pressure it reads. Might be glogged from soot, or it's failed internally.
IIRC quite easy to reach, next to a turbo, left rear corner.

I will check, but I have quick update. I have tried to do a regeneration .earlier car would start accelerating at around 3-3.5k to 4k rpms now after regeneration it accelerates really well, but at 2.5k rpm car starts to jerk very hard. If you don't accelerate quickly then it goes smoother, and car jerks little less. Edit: hPa remains the same over 3300 but the catalytic converter and dpf temperatures are now around 200-300c

I Have inspected it earlier today it didnt look clogged at all just a little soot around it, but the inside looks pretty clean. I suspect it might have failed internally, but the question is : can that sensor make car jerk so hard? unless there's possibility that the pressure in the system is really that high?

Nope, I don't think there is that much pressure even at full boost. Something is off, probably the B60 sensor. I went and connected scanner to my S211 with the same engine, and it reads 1027 mbar (which equals to hpa) idling, engine temp roughly 50°C.
All the pressure sensors should read about the same when engine is not running. Didn't check that, but intake pressure was reading 998 mbar at idle.

Just out of curiosity, I checked what pressure readings are when the engine is not running.
-exhaust back pressure: 990 mbar
-intake air pressure: 990 mbar
-boost pressure: 987 mbar
And we are talking about atmospheric pressure, which changes little via altitude, but as long as the sensors read about the same, all is good.

Hello, again, I have recieved the new b60 sensor changed it, that solved the issue, Although one time my car started to jerk at around 3.3-3.5k rpm, but after i restarted the car everything went back to normal.
Thanks for the help.
