Random unhooked wire under dash, ABS light. TPMS

Under dash green 3 wire connector, one brown wire has a 3 dot pattern

where does this thing go?

Also I am replacing both rear abs sensors, which I hope fixes my abs light. And I don’t think the dealer installed TMPS sensors. Is there a tuner to shut off the TPMS system? And also give a performance boost? I’ve lived plenty of years without them.

I thought that was illegal in Wisconsin to sell a car with warning and error lights and it falls under the lemon law?

there was also about 4 fuses misses from the trunk left fuse box for the headrests and sunscreen. That was easy enough to fix. I think I have the cops messing with me, but the FBI is on it…
