Hello everyone and newbie here and thank you for your help. I own an e350 2008 and the front sunroof broke and won't open. It's too expensive to fix/replace so the
best I can do since I almost never opened the sunroof anyway, is to keep the cloth roller blind closed to avoid the sun. The problem is that the front cloth roller blind has a
very strong spring that prevents it from closing. I can force it with my hands but it snaps right back. Is there a way to disable the spring so that I can manually close the roller blind?
