I know these cars before facelift are prone to electronical issues. Facing 2 myself at the moment. One of them is the EIS (I'm assuming), which is making a sound like there's a short wire. Have been doing some digging and found a variety of threads with EIS problems, just not this one. IMO there's two ways to go about this, replacing the part + programming keys which cost about $1000 here. Or, pulling the part out and figure out if theres an exposed or bad connecting wire or contact and repair the current one.

Does anyone recognize this or has seen this before? Trying to see if I can get a video to upload....
