W211 E320 Airmatic issue I couldn’t figured out
I have been searching for days and couldn’t find any information about the issue I am facing.
The front left air strut is the only one releasing air, even when I lift it with my hand. It hisses with each lift but doesn't leak when untouched. Any increase in level—like accelerating quickly after a green light or making a hard right turn—causes the hissing (air leak)
In test mode, I can fill the front left strut up to 89 PSI, but it hisses if I try to increase the pressure further and then drops back to 89 PSI. When I lift the front of the car with a hydraulic jack, all the pressure in the front left strut discharges, while the front right stays at 75 PSI. I also tried filling the front left while the car was lifted, but it won’t hold even 1 PSI. I checked the level sensors and they work properly. Thanks a lot for answers.

Replace both front air struts. And use the "Advanced Search" in the upper right. Dozens, if not hundreds of posts on this subject. You might find a very large technical document on the Airmatic system that I posted multiple times. If you find it, download it and study it.
Also, after replacing the front air struts, be sure to recalibrate the air suspension. Did I mention "Advanced Search"?
