What should I do?
I purchased a 2004 e500 in July and had the AMG bodykit and quad exhaust installed on my car by the dealer. Well the dealer said he knew another shop that could do it cheaper than the dealer so I said do it. Now I got this car from California and I'm in Pennsylvania (all the work was done in California) and it arrives with the AMG kit on but my old kit is not with it. So I call dealer and he says yeah it wouldn't fit with the car so he would UPS it to me. Fine, but it is December and I still haven't heard anything. I would email him and he would say yeah it is on its way, I wouldn't receive it. Then he said he is working on getting it, calling garage and everything but still heard nothing. Now every e-mail and phone call goes unanswered and I'm fed up. If it was stolen I should know. Is there anyway to get compensated for this? Any advise is greatly appreciated.
