I recently bought a new Mercedes, and it has problems with the gearbox, it is locked in first gear (I guess it’s in limp mode) and we don’t really now where to start looking for faults, the previous owner has changed the gearbox oil, filter, and the Tcu on the valve body, but it still doesn’t work? I’ve checked for fault codes, and I get these 2 codes (see picture)

You have a tranny with new conductor plate in limp mode with 2 codes.
-- As you can tell already one code points at the conductor solenoid issue.
-- Second code point at networking issue with gear. selector...
> What to do next?
-- Either you go deal again with solenoid conductor plate
-- or you troubleshoot modules involved with these two faults, one being a transient.
Provide good voltage at all time else chaos disrupts coms. You can waste hours because of... voltage!
Scan the whole chassis for fresh faults and missing modules.
With [IGN:ON ENG:OFF] can you apply pkg brake and shift gears in PRND ??
